Our very first stop in Mt. Vernon was at the Ristretto Coffee Lounge & Wine Bar. We arrived a bit too early to meet with the lovely couple for whom we are house sitting. So, we hunkered down and enjoyed some coffee while we waited. Cas had an Americano and I enjoyed a London Fog. The drinks were great! We loved seeing the works of local artists on the walls and lists (and lists) of community events. It was also nicely populated for an odd time of the day–we love having places for community members to congregate!
