If you know me, you know I love tacos. If you know me, you know I like creative vegetarian dishes. Apparently the chefs at Dos Santos know the way to my heart.
We went for grub on a Tuesday (duh). On the menu were three. Yes. three. Tacos that didn’t have meat. I had a shrimp taco, a fried farmer cheese taco, and cauliflower taco. All three were sublime. That is a big word to use for tacos and I stand by it. Sublime. The cheese taco had cheese that was crisped up to a crunchy goodness. The cauliflower was spiced perfectly.
Add a paloma (or two) to the mix and I was as happy as a pig in shit.
